- The Offer to Purchase is submitted and the agreement of sale is signed.
- Your bond originator will help you to obtain finance for the purchase.
- The transfer documents prepared by the Conveyancer are signed.
- The Conveyancer obtains clearance figures payable to the Municipality, SARS and others.
- The transfer costs are paid by the Purchaser.
- The Conveyancer pays the outstanding rates figure as well as transfer duty to obtain the Rates Clearance Certificate and Transfer Duty receipt.
- Compliance Certificates (electrical, gas, beetle, etc.) obtained from the Seller by the Conveyancer.
- Transfer is linked to the Purchaser’s bond registration attorneys and the Seller’s bond cancellation Attorneys and lodged in the Deeds Office.
- The transfer is registered.
- The original Title Deed is delivered from the Deeds Office.
