Lara van Wyk graduated from Stellenbosch University in 2022 with her BCom (Law) and LLB degrees. She completed her articles in Cape Town and was admitted as an attorney in February 2025.

In September 2025, Lara joined the van Wyk van Heerden team at our Cape Town office, where she contributes to the litigation department. Her responsibilities include assisting with eviction proceedings and managing the correspondent practice for the Cape Town office. Lara supports correspondent attorneys throughout South Africa, ensuring their matters progress seamlessly within this jurisdiction.

Lara has a particular passion for civil litigation, with a focus on property law matters.
